The museum is housed in the castle in Větrný Jeníkov.
The exhibition offers 4 spaces, the first is dedicated to the creation of Czechoslovakia, our army and air force and covers the period of the protectorate and the beginning of the fighting in Poland and France. The second features an exhibition of uniforms and the rescue of airmen at sea. The third is dedicated to our aviators and there are mainly displayed models of aircraft, as well as examples from the life of the aviators and the “mini” Operations room. The fourth space is dedicated to ground personnel.
The tour is accompanied by expert commentary to introduce visitors to why and how our airmen in the British Royal Air Force fought. But there is also time for individual viewing of the exposition, or for questions. There are also several hundred kits - aircraft models on display.
